  1. What materials are ADAMI Kids toys made from?


    Our toys are made from premium quality, 100% natural wool felt, which is both soft and exceptionally durable. For shape retention and safe use, we use allergen-free, soft polyester stuffing.

  2. Are felt toys safe for toddlers and babies?

    Yes, all our products are carefully sewn with strong stitches, and we do not use protruding, detachable plastic or metal elements on them. 

    We know that as a parent, you want to give your child the best and safest. With us, you don't have to compromise between beauty and safety: all raw materials we use are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.

  3. How can I clean and care for wool felt toys?

    For dusting, use a lint roller; this is the quickest way to clean.

    If the felt gets stained (e.g., fruit juice, sauce), the most important thing is speed so that the liquid does not soak deep into the fibers.

    Steps:

    1. Blot up excess: Gently blot the liquid with a dry paper towel or cloth. Never rub, as this will only press the dirt deeper!

    2. Wipe with a damp cloth: Dampen a soft cloth or sponge with lukewarm (not hot!) water.

    3. Clean: Gently wipe the stain with clean water or a minimal amount of pH-neutral (preferably wool-friendly) liquid soap using pressing motions.

    4. Rinse: Wipe again with a clean cloth dampened only with water to ensure no soap remains.

    Drying (to maintain shape)

    Wet wool fibers are delicate, so the drying method is crucial for maintaining their shape.

    How to do it?

    1. Squeeze out excess water between two dry towels (do not wring!).

    2. Reshape the product back to its original form.

    3. Lay it horizontally on a towel and let it air dry at room temperature.

    What to avoid: Do not place directly on a radiator, in direct sunlight, and do not use a tumble dryer!

    For stubborn stains: they can be machine washed at up to 30 °C on a wool program with wool detergent, however, I still recommend hand cleaning.

     

     Bonus step: What to do if pilling occurs?

    It is a characteristic of natural wool that with much use and rubbing, small pills may appear on its surface over time.

    Solution: Do not pull them off! Carefully cut off the protruding fibers from the surface with sharp small scissors or a fabric shaver, and the toy will be as good as new.

  4. Do felt toys pill during use?

    It is a natural property of real wool that with regular rubbing, small pills may appear on it over time. These can be gently removed with small scissors or a fabric shaver, making the toys look new again.

Order & Custom Requests

  1. How long does it take for products to be made?

    In-stock products are shipped within 1-2 business days. The production time for custom-made or specially requested items is usually 5-10 business days, about which you will receive precise information upon order confirmation.

  2. Is it possible to create a custom set or modify colors?


    Of course! If you would like to customize the colors and elements to match the mood of the nursery or a unique idea, send us a message and we will gladly create your own combination.

  3. Can I request my order to be gift-wrapped or sent directly to the recipient as a gift?

    All ADAMI Kids packages are carefully and aesthetically packaged, so they can be given immediately as a gift. If you would like to send the package directly to the recipient, please indicate this in the comments, and we will not include an invoice in the box, and we will wrap it in an additional decorative gift paper.


    4.  Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    If your package has not yet been handed over to the courier service, you can modify or cancel your order free of charge by email or phone. For custom orders (e.g., products with custom names, special color combinations), cancellation is not possible once production has begun.


Payment & Delivery

  1. What payment methods can I choose from in the webshop?

    In our webshop, you can pay conveniently and securely by bank card, or you can choose the bank transfer option. We start processing your order after receiving payment.

  2. What shipping methods are available and what is the delivery time?

    You can request your order to be delivered to a parcel locker (e.g., Foxpost, MPL) or directly to your home. Packages typically arrive at the specified address or locker within 1-3 business days from dispatch.

  3.  Will I receive notifications about the journey of my package?
    Yes, as soon as we hand over the shipment to the courier service, you will receive a notification from the courier service via email.


Warranty, Withdrawal & Support

1. What should I do if I change my mind and want to return the product?

You can withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged and unused. However, for custom orders (e.g., products with custom names, special color combinations), there is no possibility of withdrawal. Please contact us by email, and we will inform you about the convenient return process.

2. What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Although we do our best to ensure secure packaging, if the product is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the package and the damaged item, then send them to us by email. We will replace the faulty item as soon as possible or refund its price.
